Haritaki is the basis for triphala, the three fruits (haritaki, amalaki and bibhitaki), and is one of the main Ayurvedic herb. It feeds the brain and the nerves and imparts the energy of Shiva (pure awareness).

OK first I had researched this and was told it tasted like the most horrible thing ever. I think it wasn't that bad ,so I guess it depends on the individual.Take it with grape juice and it goes right down.The feeling is almost immediate and I swear it's impressive.Hey I do heavy opiates and I like this better. Just that bit of pain relief with a bit of calm to go with it sweeeeet.If you like kratom and you try this you won't be doin' Kratom anymore cause it's better. lolly
