We had this saying when smoking this blend (the blend was called DreaMTime
by the way)
1 cone to flee god
2 cones to see god
3 cones to be god

I could only ever do two cones. It produced more than a threshold experience,
it was complete cartoonland OEV's for 20 mins!
 
I think the mullein in combination with the passiflora made all the difference.
