Why Caffeine and L-Theanine together?

This combination is one of the staples of the supplement community and is one of the most well known for its simplicity and effectiveness.

The 1:2 ratio is the capsules is considered the ideal ratio, so each capsule contains around 100mg of caffeine and 200mg of theanine.

The recommended dose for this supplement is 1 capsule per day. Although this supplement is considered very safe, if any side effects occur then reduce the dose or discontinue usage for a bit.

 

 

Personal experience

I find this to be one of my favorite supplements, as it is useful in almost any situation. The sense of calm focus is helpful for studying, working or when doing exercise. I sometimes use this as a preworkout before the gym. It provides a much smoother feeling than many of the preworkout blends on the market. This supplement combination works in any situation where coffee/caffeine would help, except it provides a smoother and better overall feeling.
