As we know acid dissolves oil. So I went to the cupboard and got out my apply cider vinegar and then the fridge for either a lemon or small bottle of lemon juice a bit of dish washing detergent and some warm water.

I just added to small bowl placed the stem into the warm water with a squeeze of the ingredients and a long skewer stick to gently loosen the residue and within minutes it was all back to new again.

Works the same for eating fatty food ie pizza or fish and chips drink with some orange juice as it dissolves the oils.
